Salon Policy
- 01 Unfortunately we cannot process returns for services rendered, but we will be happy to fix any issue if you are not satisfied. You have up to three (3) days to receive complimentary service, pending proof of purchase.
- 02 Please keep an eye on your children; you are responsible for their actions.
- 03 Please tell your technician about any medical conditions before your service.
- 04 We are not responsible for lost items. Please check your belongings before leaving.
- 05 Tips must be paid in cash only.
- 06 A minimum of $15.00 is required for credit card purchases.
- 07 Our last customer is taken 15 minutes before closing time (service must be under 15 minutes).
- 08 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
